Forthcoming Events 2012

- 10th April, Tuesday 6am: Dawn Chorus Walk
Led by the Friends of Kelsey Park birdwatchers. Meet by the post box, at the entrance half way along Manor Way. Please be prompt as we will be let into the park and the gates locked behind us. Bring binoculars if you have them. Sorry, no dogs allowed.

- 20th April, Friday 8pm: Bat Walk
Bat walk with Ishpi Blatchley. Meet outside the Information Centre. Booking is essential: 01689 862815.

- 31st August, Friday 7:45pm: Bat Walk
Bat walk with Ishpi Blatchley. Meet outside the Information Centre. Booking is essential: 01689 862815.

- Every Thursday, 10am: Health Walks
Circular walk - approximately 1½ miles, 45-60 minutes. Meet outside the café, in front of the Friends noticeboard. For more information on these and other walks please contact the Health Improvement Service on 020 8662 6684. This is part of the ‘Bromley Walking for Health’ programme, not a Friends organised event.

Recent events held this year

- 1st April 2012, Sunday 11am - 4pm: Heron Watch
There will be two viewing points with telescopes, at least one set at a low level for children, and help on hand from volunteers. Nick Hopkins, Bromley Countryside Ranger and Val Bryant with members from the local RSPB will also be in attendance. There will also be displays, photographs, information and leaflets. The Friends Information Centre will be open 11am to 4pm.
